Each week, we set a new challenge linked to improving our health and wellbeing and because we do it as a community you have the support and comradery of the many others who have also signed up to keep you motivated and inspired along the way.

 

 

learn-with-textWith the option to interact with the community on our social media platforms you’ll never feel alone, which is one of the biggest reasons why we fail to keep on track with healthy life style choices. You can comment, tweet, message and send pics of how you’re doing. Prepare to be amazed at what you can achieve and how much fun you can have getting healthy when you do it as part of a community! The idea is that together, we all try something new for 7 days, if we like it we just keep going with it and make it a new lifestyle choice, in other words a new healthy habit. There will be a different challenge each week, so if we keep it up we’ll reach a whole new level of healthy in no time! No one is keeping tabs, although, you might want to attempt to at least try each challenge. As they say, nothing to lose, everything to gain!
