Emotionally, mentally, materially, day by day we can accumulate baggage under the guise of people, thoughts, feelings, things.. the list goes on!

Our lives can sometimes get so full of ‘stuff’ that just becomes too heavy for our minds, our bodies and our hearts often manifesting as stress, depression, anxiety, physical illness, mental health disorders and even plain old fashioned toxic worry!

Imagine learning how to let go, better still not grasping on to stuff that’s not good for us in the first place. Or at the very least, learning how to balance it all out so that we don’t feel like our equilibrium is out of whack.
